Hi Little Chefs!
I seem to have dropped my recipe book, and now all my steps are mixed up! Can you help me sort this recipe in the proper order so I can make a yummy Greek Pasta Salad in time for all my guests to arrive?
Dressing
1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix with the dressing.
2. Blend olive oil crushed garlic, oregano and red wine vinegar together until emulsified (blended).
3. ENJOY!
4. Serve in individual portions.
Cooking pasta
1. Group pasta into little bundles/nests.
2. Bring water to a boil, once boiled add salt.
3. Cook until Al Dente, slightly firm to the bite.
4. Using a pasta press roll out pasta into thin sheets.
5. Pass thin sheets through a fettuccini blade on the pasta press allowing for thin long strips.
6. Add each nest to boiling water.
7. Set aside to cool.
8. Strain out water and toss in olive oil.
Greek Salad
1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Add all ingredients to clean bowl.
3. Cut cucumber into small cubes.
4. Slice green peppers into thin strips.
5. Slice red onion into thin strips.
6. Crumble feta.
Homemade pasta
1. Add egg yolks to the middle bowl in the flour.
2. On your table place 300g of flour making a bowl in the middle of the mound.
3. Set aside to rest for 20 min.
4. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
5. Thoroughly sanitize your workspace
6. Fold in the flour into the eggs to create a sticky dough.
7. Knead dough until it feels smooth and silky, dusting with flour if too sticky.
